Your Mission

Transform Buddy.ai into a data-driven powerhouse, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions, uncover game-changing insights, and supercharge our product's impact on children's English learning journey.

Objectives & Outcomes

Boost data-driven decision-making and cultivate a data-driven culture across the company.
Optimize and maintain robust Data Warehouse pipelines.
Establish and oversee a comprehensive reporting system for key teams (Core Experience, Parental Communications, User Acquisition and Marketing, Buddy for Schools) with monthly updates and quarterly in-depth analyses.
Identify and implement North Star metrics for business, product, and education.
Achieve 99.9% data integrity and reliability.
Increase the speed of hypothesis testing and validation.
Implement a robust A/B testing process, reducing time-to-decision.
Regularly suggest product and marketing improvement hypotheses based on your data analysis.

Gameplay (Here’s what You'll Do)

Be the first professional data analyst at Buddy.ai.
Optimize and enhance existing data analysis infrastructure.
Take ownership of Buddy's data, ensuring its consistency and reliability. Be the go-to person for all things data-related.
Create insightful reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Lead the A/B testing process, working with stakeholders to design, implement, and analyze experiments.
Dive deep into data to uncover business and product insights, generating hypotheses to improve key metrics.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to develop predictive metrics for faster decision-making.
Foster a data-driven culture across the company, empowering teams to make informed decisions.
Work with various data visualization tools like Tableau and Amplitude to bring data to life.

Position details

Geography: Fully remote, based between Eastern Time Zone (New York, U.S.) and GMT+3 (Istanbul).
Language: Must speak English. Russian is a plus.
Remote position: 100% remote with 2-4 strategic offsite sessions per year.
